WHAT A GIRL WANTS - SURVEY & CONTEST FOR WOMEN DJS
Presented by SISTER USA, Electric W.O.M.B., DHC Skincare and Vestax

We will choose one lucky winner from all complete entries submitted to win a prize pack from Vestax, including a PCV 180 mixer and Handy Trax turntable!

This competiton runs parallel to the event on October 19th, 2003, where in addition attendees registered to win a gift basket of goodies worth $150 from skincare leaders, DHC. Winner announced soon!

Rules:
This competition is open to female DJs resident in the USA. To qualify for the contest, please fill in all areas completely and answer all questions. Only one entry per person please. End date of the competiton is December 20th, 2003. The winner will be contacted by phone and email by December 31st, 2003.
