diosa Diosa

Diosa started to explore the Arizona rave culture and its music scene in 2000. Her early musical influences and inspiration came from punk rock but after seeing a life-altering performance by DJ Z-Trip of the Bombshelter DJs, she decided it was time for her to make a move to the other side of the decks. Now armed with a strong desire, fierce determination, and the support of her crew - The Sickvibe DJs - Diosa (Spanish for goddess) is on a mission to open the minds of the masses with her blend of funky breaks.

And while she is nobly attempting to keep the dance floors hot, she is also keeping the world updated on the current state of the dance music scene by contributing to music publications such as Sonik magazine (www.sonikonline.com) and as the Content Manager of SheJay (www.shejay.net), an ezine dedicated to bringing together women in electronic music.
