Sample Contracts
SISTER SF knows that contracts are always a good idea, and to give
you a head start we have some samples. Tailor these contacts to your
specific needs after carefully reading them over. If you're unsure
about any points, we recommend consulting a lawyer before anyone signs
on the dotted line!
There are two sample contracts here for you to use.

You can't have a party without a space, and you should
never rent a space without a contract! You'll never be left looking
like a fool because a space owner got cold feet, as long as you
