Jamie's exposure to electronic music began in the '90s inside the clubs of Orlando, however it wasn't until her move to San Francisco in 1999 that she realized her passion lie behind the decks. As co-founder of the Mayonnaise crew, this passion evolved into skill. J-fi continued to explore her funky house and breakbeat style as a member of Witches' Brew, playing in Berkeley alongside the Beatdown crew. After a two year stint living in Chicago J-fi has recently returned to San Francisco with refreshed excitement to bring her vibe to the dance community around the bayarea.
